Appearance: Tall and stately, Noemi is the epitome of dignity. She's willowy - long-limbed and slender. She has a flawless complexion and long dark curly locks that hang down to her shoulders. She seems always poised and in control, even when she's laughing, smiling widely... or cutting someone down to size with a mere look.
Personality: Noemi is very poised and dignified, with a ready smile. Good at talking to anyone, though at heart she would rather be at home with her knitting. She is kind and generous, too - willing to help out where she can.
Noemi is well aware of her worth, and won't accept a centime less than she deems is what she deserves, and she doesn't suffer anyone who does not treat her as they should. However, for all that, her confidence doesn't translate to cockiness.

History:
Noemi was born into the Night Court and knows of no other life. She came into the world as the second child of Dahlia parents. They were delighted when she grew into a confident child, and was chosen to stay in Dahlia with them and her brother. They'd seen many a family split up between the Houses, and were relieved that they could all stay together.
Noemi grew from a content and happy child into a striking teenager - whilst she did have her bouts of teen angst, it was never so bad as to impact on her studies and overall desire to serve Naamah as the rest of her family were doing and she made her debut with the poise and dignity that her family and friends had come to know and love.
As she came into her own as a fully-fledged adept, Noemi began asking her patrons to teach her something she doesn't know - either as part of her patron gift or as a way to win her favours. Whether that is a snippet of news, a poem or even a practical application, she's open to it all. She swears blind that she must have Siovalese in her blood, because of her thirst for knowledge, though as far as she knows her entire family were born and raised in the city of Elua, going back several generations. One of her regular patrons taught her how to knit - it amused them to begin with, but when they saw she was truly taking to the craft began taking a serious interest in teaching her. Noemi loves knitting, and in her downtime is often found crafting something with wool. Nigh every adept in Dahlia has something she's knitted, and not a few patrons, too, for that matter.
So far, she's had a relatively uneventful life, completing her marque in due course and staying on at Dahlia afterwards, though her parents had retired from active service and her older brother has left to run a salon of his own. Just recently, though, her biological clock has begun to tick and she has turned her thoughts to being a mother, though she has no hard and fast plans as yet and hasn't met anyone that she wishes to have a child with. As such, her candle remains unlit, but she has a watchful eye out for anyone suitable, whether within the night court or without.
