Appearance: Trys is tall, slender and toned. His physique is that of a tumbler, wiry and strong. His blonde hair hangs to his shoulders and he's not above styling or dying it if it will get a laugh. Blue eyes sparkle with laughter and mischief, more often than not, and his full sensuous mouth is usually quirked into a smile of varying intensities.
Two small scars decorate his right cheek, parallel to one another, courtesy of a juggling misadventure. Not enough to mar his looks and, unless you were looking closely, you'd likely miss them.
It's not unusual to see Trys wearing skirts, dresses or fairy wings, either. Not to mention wigs. As much as he does it for a laugh, he really does just enjoys wearing whatever he feels like.

Personality: It is often said that a happy clown hides a sad person beneath the smile. Nothing could be further than the truth in this instance. Trys doesn't just have a personality, he is a personality. Larger than life, loud, brash and impetuous. Never still, always has something to say. A smile or laugh is never far from his lips. He doesn't take anything seriously, not even himself. He feels life is serious enough as it is. Oh, he can be solemn, when occasion requires, but it will chafe at him until he can quip and joke and fool around once more. Nothing pleases him more than bringing a smile to someone's lips, and he will endeavour to do that each and every time.

History:
There are many hypotheses as to why someone becomes a comedian. Some say it is to cover up a hidden sadness, others say it is to detract from a bully or another tense situation and grows from there. Neither are true for Trystan. He was born to a loving couple. His early years were nigh idyllic. His acceptance into the Night Court went fairly smoothly and he made friends very easily - though some people were of course put off by his pranks and constant joviality.
Trystan's parents came together over their shared pasts. They had both been raised in the Night Court, in different Houses and, for different reasons, had been rejected from that establishment. His father, rejected because his gangly frame did not quite fit in with the exacting physical standards of the Night Court. His mother, a few years his father's senior, rejected because she just could not manage the fluid grace that was demanded of the denizens of the Mont, no matter how much she tried. They did not know each other then, but had both decided to serve Naamah in their own way. Dedicating themselves to her service and becoming independent servants. They met one night having been hired by the same noble for a party he was hosting and the rest, as they say, was history.
They fell in love, married and were soon graced with a son, Trystan. Despite their rejection from the Night Court, both Trys' parents still idolised it, and wished for nothing more than their son to be accepted within its walls. They did not care as to which House he went to, as long as he was accepted and became an Adept in truth. With that in mind, they raised Trystan to have the utmost respect for Elua's tenets and Naamah's grace. Speaking of it as naturally and with as much passion as they could.
He was a happy-go-lucky child, always having one or other or both of his parents in stitches. He just loved being the centre of attention and making people laugh. There was no doubt in anyone's mind that Trystan was destined for Orchis, though there was a brief, short-lived, consideration for the House of Eglantine, given Trystan's love for gymnastics and tumbling. However, since he seemed to do that for comic effect rather than anything else, it was to Orchis that his parents petitioned.
At the age of ten, Trystan was accepted into Orchis and dedicated himself to Naamah's service. Despite it being his parents' most fervent wish that he serve, Trys did not let their ambition cloud his own judgement. Everything he did was because he wanted to, if he even thought on it that much.
His virgin price was bought in a riot of laughter, the room ringing with the sounds of mirth as his new Patron and he became acquainted, and thus Trys became an Adept. His assignations were filled with tomfoolery and jokes, mirth and banter. Quick wit and expressive over the top mannerisms had his marque growing apace. He finished it shortly after his twenty-second birthday, but has chosen to remain at Orchis, for now.

Updates and Character Development:
- Trys' inability to take things seriously and talk about feelings has damaged his friendship with Asher to the point they are no longer best of friends.
- His dalliance with Princesa Lola ended when she obtained the long sought after divorce from her controlling husband, Prince Gratien de Somerville, and returned home to Aragonia with a new sense of confidence and her head held high
- With Asher leaving the NC and no real plans to do anything else, Trys has stayed in the Night Court to help train the next batch of jokesters. Though he has started to think about having some sort of private enterprise, the idea of leaving the NC isn't one he's willing to consider just yet.
