Rank/Title: Baron
Race: d'Angeline
Country/Province: Azzalle
Townhome Request: L'Arbri de Villehardouin, West Borough, Falcon District
Country Home Request: Chateau de Villehardouin, Azzalle

Appearance/Personality: Philippe is slender and lithely muscled, even though he is no longer a young d'Angeline. His hair is salt-and-pepper, with more grays appearing every year. His skin in well tanned and somewhat worn, likely from years navigating the seas and rivers of Terre d'Ange.

He is known for keeping an iron grip on his affairs, especially in terms of his family's lineage and honor. Many who know him also say Philippe is intense.

History: Philippe was the only child of Marie Villehardouin, Baroness of the Villehardouin Barony, and her Consort Timothe LaRousse. He followed his mother and father on many ships, navigating the rivers crossing Terre d'Ange and even the oceans surrounding it.

At the young age of seven, he and his parents docked on the Three Sisters, where once the Master of the Straits had lived. His father drew up thousands of maps of the islands and the sea. And his mother took in a five year old orphan to raise as a lady in waiting.

This child named Ysandre grew alongside Philippe. He became a worthy heir to the barony; and Ysandre became a lovely lady. It did not take long before they fell in love and asked for marriage. The Baroness Marie Villehardouin had planned the marriage since the moment she had seen the orphan Ysandre among the rocks.

Philippe and Ysandre married; and Eisheth provided them with three girls. And then his oldest daughter was thirteen and his youngest seven, the Baroness died and Philippe became Baron in his mother's place. The rest of the year progressed miserably. The fishing was poor and the crop little better. And Ysandre miscarried late into her pregnancy; she and the baby were lost in the waves of blood.

From that year on, the Villehardouin Barony flourished. And Philippe managed it perfectly. His daughters grew to lovely things, all utterly devoted to their father, who was good to them without spoiling them.

Now that his eldest daughter is quite capable of managing the barony, Philippe has decided to foray into the City of Elua to see what his fortunes there might be.
